*Premium technical support can be purchased after the first year (if desired) at an additional rate calculated using your monthly bandwidth cost + # of CRM users for continued monthly technical support. IE: A medium tier crm implementation with 100 users would have a $160/monthly surcharge while a 4 user implementation would only be $40/month for support. **Customized CRM development beyond initial implementation can be purchased at our standard developer hourly rate of $85/hr or quoted per project on a fixed cost basis (depending on project scope) which can also be included with the initial setup fee or allocated in 3 monthly installments for your convenience. ***If you start out with a lower tier initially and have already paid your one time setup fee and completed the initial implementation of your CRM and then need to move up to a higher user count tier, you will not be charged any additional setup fees for adding more users, you will only pay the higher tier’s monthly bandwidth cost or technical support cost (where applicable).
